Tava Botanical Gin takes its name from “Tava,” the Ute people’s name for Pikes Peak, meaning “Sun Mountain.” This iconic landmark looms over Colorado Springs and serves as a daily reminder of the power of elevation, sunlight, and rugged terrain. Tava is our tribute to that environment—and to the botanicals that thrive in it.

Distilled at our Colorado distillery, this gin celebrates plants that flourish at high altitude, where intense sunlight and dramatic temperature shifts concentrate flavor and aroma. The result is a spirit that is fresh, vibrant, and unmistakably Colorado.
